Conventions

The notation, formatting, and conventions used in this Security Target document are largely consistent
with the conventions used in Version 2.1 of the Common Criteria (CC) document. Selected presentation
choices are discussed here to aid the Security Target reader. The CC allows several operations to be
performed on functional requirements; refinement, selection, assignment and iteration are defined in
Section 2.1.4 of Part 2 of the CC. Refinements are indicated by bold text and strike through. Selections
are denoted by underlined, italicized text, and assignments are enclosed in [square brackets]. Iterations
are denoted by showing the iteration number in parenthesis, numbered in sequence, as appropriate.
