PartID

Unique number that identifies each meeting participant. The 
meeting owner is assigned the number 0. The first non-owner 
participant is assigned the number 1. As each participant joins, the 
next incremental number is assigned.

If a profiled user leaves and rejoins a meeting, the same PartID is 
used. If a guest user leaves and rejoins a meeting, a new PartID is 
used.

A PartID of -851969 indicates that the user did not actually join 
the meeting.
