accounting of the volume and/or duration of a packet data session. It should be present in all on-line RADIUS Access-Request
and on-line RADIUS Access-Accept messages and may be included in other RADIUS Access-Accept messages. In
Authorize-Only Access-Request messages, it is used for one-time charging, report usage and the request for further quota. In
an Access-Accept message it is used in order to allocate the (initial and subsequent) quotas.
