3.15 Using the numeric keypad

To access the numeric keyboard, click

, then Keypad.

You can use the numeric keypad to:

Place an external call and type an extension number

l

Select from a list of options from an auto-attendant
menu system

l

Lock or unlock the space (if enabled)

l

Start or stop a recording (if enabled)

Note: For locking or recording, you need to use key
sequences that are defined by your administrator.
