The CDBRTool utility backs up phone books, work flows, enterprise data, the default
dial plan, and recordings.
Use this utility to back up configuration data when upgrading CAD to a newer
version, or to create a disaster backup file of your CAD configuration.
NOTE:  The CDRBTool utility cannot be used if the primary Directory
Services is down and only the secondary Directory Services is running. In this
case, use the backup and restore functionality built into Cisco Desktop
Administrator.
To run CDBRTool.exe:
1. On the computer where Desktop Administrator is located, open a command
window.
2. Navigate to the folder where CDBRTool is located.
