Work Flow Configuration

Introduction

Work Flow Configuration enables you to configure and maintain the appearance and 
behavior of Agent Desktop, CAD-BE, and IP Phone Agent. Work Flow Configuration has

To use any Work Flow Configuration application, select its node in the left navigation 
pane of the Desktop Administrator window (see 

). The right display pane 

shows the selected node.
