You are warned that all agents belonging to the work flow group you want to 
delete must be reassigned to other work flow groups. Click Yes to confirm 
the deletion, or No to cancel it. 

If you do not reassign the agents, you will not be able to delete the work flow 
group.

3. Click OK to close the dialog box.

You cannot rename an existing work flow group directly. Instead, you must set up a 
new work flow group and copy the existing work flow group’s settings to the new 
work flow group.

1. Add a new work flow group, giving it the name you want to change the 

existing work flow group’s name to.

2. Select the Copy the following work flow group check box and select the 

existing work flow group from the drop-down list, and then click OK. The copy 
process may take some time.

3. Delete the old work flow group.
