Symptom:
A Voice Contact Work Flow fails to execute.
Conditions:
This problem occurs when a voice contact classifier has been configured with no 
data field conditions, and the “Execute Actions When” selection is set to “Any 
Condition is True.”
Workaround:
Set the “Execute Actions When” selection to “All Conditions are True.”
