If Cisco Cius SP does not have a SIM inserted or can not detect the SIM, then there will be an icon with a SIM plus an 
exclamation point displayed. 
Try to remove the SIM and re-insert it if this icon is displayed. 
 

 

 
If currently connected to an HSPA+ (4G) mobile network, then a number of bars will be displayed as well as the H+ icon 
showing data being transmitted and received.
