IP Range Specification Data Block for 4.7.x - 5.1.1.x
The IP Range Specification data block conveys a range of IP addresses. IP Range 
Specification data blocks are used in User Protocol, User Client Application, 
Address Specification, User Product, User Server, User Hosts, User Vulnerability, 
User Criticality, and User Attribute Value data blocks. The IP Range Specification 
data block has a block type of 61.
The following diagram shows the format of the IP Range Specification data block:
