Streaming Request Message Format

The graphic below illustrates the format for the Streaming Information message.
The shaded field is specific to this message type. The preceding three fields are
the standard message header.
The fields of the Streaming Information message are:
Streaming Request Message Format
The client uses the Streaming Request message to specify to eStreamer the
service in the Streaming Information message that it wants to use, followed by a
set of requests for event types and versions to be streamed. The graphic below
shows the message structure and the following table defines the fields. The
requested service is represented by a Streaming Service Request structure
