Signed Tcl Scripts
First Published: July 19, 2007
Last Update: November 30, 2007
The Signed Tcl Scripts feature allows you to create a certificate to generate a digital signature and sign
a Tool Command Language (Tcl) script with that digital signature. This feature also allows you to work
with existing scripts and certificates. The digital signature is verified for authentication and then run with
trusted access to the Tcl interpreter. If the script does not contain the digital signature, the script may run
in a limited mode for untrusted scripts, or may not run at all.
