FHRP - HSRP Group Shutdown
The FHRP - HSRP Group Shutdown feature enables you to configure a Hot Standby Router Protocol 
(HSRP) group to become disabled (its state changed to Init) instead of having its priority decremented 
when a tracked object goes down.
