Click Update Time Zone.
Support Logs
The Support Logs page on the Clean Access Server is intended to facilitate TAC support when a 
customer has issues. The Support Logs page allows administrators to combine a variety of system logs 
(such as information on open files, open handles, and packages) into one tarball that can be sent to TAC 
to be included in the support case. Administrators should download these support logs when sending 
their customer support request as follows:

Go to Device Management > CCA Servers > Manage [CAS_IP] > Misc > Support Logs

Click the Download button to download the cas_logs.tar.gz file to your local computer. 
3.
Send this .tar.gz file with your customer support request.
Note
To retrieve the compressed support logs file for the Clean Access Manager, go to Administration > 
CCA Manager > Support Logs
