IPv6 Support in S-CDRs in custom11
IPV6 support is added for the custom11 dictionary in SGSN. With the introduction of this
the custom11 now can support either IPV6 or IPV4 served PDP addresses. To support this,
PDPType and ServedPDPAddress fields have been changed.
