This command configures the QoS Class Identifier.

This command configures the QoS traffic class for the charging action for the Layer 7 QoS 
Renegotiation feature, enabling triggering QoS renegotiation from an active-charging rule. 
This command is controlled by the dynamic-qos-renegotiation license.

This command configures the timeout setting for the Quality of Service (QoS) 
Renegotiation feature. This command is controlled by the dynamic-qos-renegotiation 
license.

qos-renegotiate timeout timeout

This functionality is not supported at this time on the Web Element Manager.

This command defines a rule definition to analyze and charge user traffic using Uniform 
Resource Identifier (URI) associated with Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP).

Click Configuration | Active Charging | Active Charging Service and click Add or Modify.
