radius returned-username
Configures the username that is returned in accounting messages. If the username is not available in the
Protocol Configuration Options (PCO), the RADIUS returned username is preferred to the constructed
username (imsi@apn, msisdn@apn, or outbound username).

The default value for the RADIUS returned-username is prefer-constructed-username. The constructed
username (imsi@apn, msisdn@apn) will be used.

If the RADIUS server returns a username in the Access-Accept message and that username is not available
