Cisco Cisco Packet Data Gateway (PDG)

This command enables dictionary control of the AVPs that need to be added based on the version of the
specification with which the Online Charging System (OCS) is compliant. This command is applicable to all
products that use the dcca-custom8 dictionary for Gy interface implementation.

Exec > ACS Configuration > Credit Control Configuration

active-charging service service_name > credit-control

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt:

Configures this command with the default setting.

Default: Compliant with the oldest release (Rel. 7) and send only Rel. 7 AVPs

Select the 3GPP Rel. 8 AVPs for encoding.

Selects the 3GPP Rel. 9 AVPs for encoding.

Select the 3GPP Rel. 10 AVPs for encoding.

Select the 3GPP Rel. 11 AVPs for encoding.
