The "default/no" variant of this command will not enable any of the Gy event-triggers which means the
containers would not be closed for any of the event-triggers.

forced-reauthorization
Enables Gy trigger "forced-reauthorization" for Rf.
holding-time
Enables Gy trigger "qht" for Rf. The trigger "qht" indicates Quota Holding Time.
