Specifies the use of an assured forwarding xx per hop behavior (PHB).

Usage Guidelines
Use this command to set the DSCP in the IP header of the Diameter messages sent from the Diameter endpoint.
In addition to the recommended PHBs the user may configure their own DSCP as an integer in the range of
0 through 63.
