Configures a delay when attempting to tunnel to a specific peer which is initially unreachable due to reasons
such as a network issue or temporarily having reached its capacity.

Rests the command to its default setting of 60.

Specifies the interval (in seconds) to wait before attempting to tunnel to a specific peer which is initially
unreachable as an integer from 5 through 64,000. Default: 60

The time to wait before trying to establish a tunnel to a known peer after the initial attempt was unsuccessful.

The following example configures the delay in attempting to tunnel to a temporarily unreachable peer. The
delay is set to 120 seconds in this example.
