Specifies the ToS only for uplink packets.
Usage
Use this command to set the ToS octets used in the charging action. If one of the enumerated values is set, the
Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) bits (the six most-significant bits (MSBs) in the ToS byte) are
marked. If the integer value is set, it will be written into the six least-significant bits (LSBs) of the ToS byte.
