Configures the charging characteristic (CC) profile index properties.

Returns the specified cc profile to the original default system settings. The following defaults are applied:
buckets: 4
interval: Disabled
volume: Disabled
sgsns: 4

Removes a previously configured profile index.
index
Configures a profile index for the parameter to be specified. index can be configured to an integer from 0
through 15.

Important:
3GPP standards suggest that profile index values of 1, 2, 4, and 8 be used for hot billing, flat rate
billing, prepaid billing and normal billing, respectively. A single charging characteristics profile can contain multiple
