pcf-monitor
Enables the monitoring of all the PCFs that have sessions associated with it. The PDSN stops monitoring a PCF if it is
determined to be down. Once a PCF is determined to be down, the PDSN tears down all sessions that correspond to the
PCF and generates AAA Accounting Stop messages. All the PCFs that are connected to the PDSN service are
monitored.
