With this release, SaMOG is qualified to redirect subcribers (on non-UICC devices) accessing an HTTPS
website to an external web portal for authentication. SaMOG performs HTTPS redirection using configured
Layer 4 redirection rules (ACLs). The web portal performs SSL handshakes and redirects at the HTTP
application level.
