In this release, 

 is a new keyword in the Subscriber Configuration mode to create/configure/delete 

Radio Congestion policy.

Radio Congestion policy.

This is a new command in the Radio Congestion Policy Configuration mode to configure the value for each congestion 
level — None, Low, Medium, High and Extreme, for reporting to CAE.
