Feature Changes
S6a Diameter Messages Sent without M-bit
Previous Behavior: The M-bit was included for Supported-Features AVP for standard and standard-r9 S6a dictionary.
New Behavior: The M-bit is removed for Supported-Features AVP for standard and standard-r9 S6a dictionary. So,
now the MME sends out S6a Diameter Messages toward the HSS without Setting the M-bit for Supported-Features
AVP.
