To display the assume positive statistics, these new fields are added to the output of the

At present each of the MSCCs were consuming 256 bytes of memory, irrespective of whether that has received a 
Redirect-URL or not. With this feature, this behavior is changed so that a maximum of 512 bytes of memory is allocated 
from memory pool, only when it is required. This helps reduce the memory usage for each of the MSCCs.
