Configure the binding cache (BC) query Response Result code.

configure > context context_name > ha-service service_name

 

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt: 

[context_name]host_name(config-ha-service)# 

 

policy bc-query-result network-failure code 

default policy bc-query-resultnetwork-failure

Specify the response code for BC responses sent on network failures. 

 must be either 0xFFFF or 0xFFFE. 

Use this command to specify the type of response code to send in a P-MIP BC query result. 

 

The following command sets the P-MIP BC query result response code to 

: 

policy bc-query-result network-failure 0xFFFE
