Restores the default length or width for the output to the display terminal.

Exec > Global Configuration > Line Configuration 

 

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt: 

[local]host_name(config-line)# 

 

default { length | width } 

 

: restores the default value for the number of rows (length) of the output for display. 

: restores the default value for the number of columns (width) of the output for display as the number 

of characters. 

Reset the output display properties if they had been changed during a session.
