View/Graph Bulk Statistics — UDPC and UMIO cards bulk statistics graph support is added on this screen after 

selecting card in the combo box. 

New BS counters that were available on ASR5k are now supported on WEM. 

Previous Behavior:   WEM did not support a few BS counters. 

New Behavior:   WEM now supports BS counters.
