Error is throwing when playing live content after two advertisements 

Conditions:

Occurs when playing a live playlist. The live content is after two advertisements. When the 
backoffice sends request to play a specific NPT of the live program, the following error occurs:

After upgrading to Release 2.5.x from Release 2.3.x, and using CISCO-CDSTV-CS-STATS-MIB, 
the value returned by cdstvActiveStreamBW is inaccurate.

Conditions:

After upgrade to Release 2.5.2.

The supported upgrade paths are the following:

Release 2.5.2 to Release 2.5.6

Release 2.5.3 to Release 2.5.6

Release 2.5.4 to Release 2.5.6

Release 2.5.5 to Release 2.5.6

If the CDS is running an earlier software release, you must first upgrade to one of the supported releases 
before upgrading to Release 2.5.6.
