Subscribers Are Not Receiving Any IPG Data or
IPG Data Beyond the Second Day
Description
When accessing the interactive program guide (IPG), a ”Loading Data. Please Wait”
message appears for all days or for those days beyond the second day. After a period
of time, a “No Data Available” message appears.
Possible Causes
A communication issue exists with BFS.
The IPG files are not built or updated on BFS.
