Cisco MXE 3500 Release 3.3 and 3.3.1 only support ARF files with version 2.26 and below.

Introduction
WebEx ARF files have the following unique characteristics that result in a very small file size:
•
The source ARF video has a low frame rate.
•
Recording is done in the high resolution of PCs and MACs.
•
The recorded content is often a shared desktop application, document, or slideshow.
•
There are few fast moving scene changes during the WebEx recording.
