  Caveats
Edited videos appear to break when deleted between keyframes.
Workaround
None.
Streaming server needs to be able to stream at multiple/high bitrates.
Large (high bitrate) files may appear to not work properly. This is due to network bandwidth. Attempting the
same operations on a computer connected via an ethernet (wired) connection will not have the same issues.
Workaround
None.
Second Level Categories are not alphabetically/numerically sorted
Workaround
None.
Cisco Digital Media Encoders
The factory-default video settings are not optimized on DMEs, and encoded video might be too bright.
Workaround
Modify the settings until you are satisfied with the result.
DME2200 Have Audio Selection UnChecked for New WME Profiles.
When you create a new Windows Media Encoder profile using the ViewCast SCX application or web
interface, the checkbox to select the Audio Source in the New Encoder profile defaults to blank. It should
default to checked.
Additionally, the Audio Source selections are grayed out. Audio is not encoded with this new WME profile
until you select the Audio Source box. None of the standard profiles, or profiles built with CODECs other
than Windows Media Encoder, are affected.
The problem occurs because an extra file was added to the Cisco DME 2200 image.
Workaround
Download and apply the
 patch from the Cisco.com software
center. Follow the instructions that come with the patch. You need to log into Cisco.com to access the
software.
Text field is missing after upgrade from 5.1 - 5.2. In 5.1, create a presentation with text, video, and non-video.
After the upgrade text field is missing.
Workaround
None.
