How to Run a Report from the New Template in WebView
Once you have refreshed the cache, you can run a report based on the new template.
To Run a Report

From the report menus on the left side of the WebView screen, expand the menu that corresponds to the
template’s report type.

Select the template and Click Next.

As prompted, select whatever items you want to include in the report. If you are creating an historical
report, you will also be prompted to specify a date/time range.

Once you generate a report from a template, you can save it to a report definition file. The custom report
templates remain listed in the template launcher until you delete them.

How to Prevent a Template from Displaying in WebView
In some cases, you might prefer that a template not be available in WebView. This might be the case, for
example, if it is only partially complete or if it requires a period of internal testing.

There are several strategies you can use to ‘hide’ a template from WebView until such time as you are
ready to make it visible.
