Reconnecting PPM
Cisco IAC ships with a trial version of Cisco Prime Performance Manager (PPM). Since it is a trial only and will expire,
you will at some point need to uninstall the demo and install the full version of PPM. However, by upgrading, you will then
run into an issue where the Cisco IAC alarms need to be inactivated and some entries in the table cleaned up. Therefore,

Navigate to Service Item Management menu.
2.
Expand the Assurance Control group.
3.
Open Alarm Definition.

For all entries, set the property FSM Status to “Inactive” for all entries

Open Alarm Groups.

Defining the Cisco Process Orchestrator Platform Element
You must be logged in as the Cloud Provider Technical Administrator to perform this task. Complete the following steps
to define the connection information for Cisco Process Orchestrator that will be used in Cisco Intelligent Automation for
Cloud 4.3.2.

Launch Cisco IAC 4.3.2 and log in as a Cloud Provider Technical Administrator.

Choose Setup > System Settings > Connections tab.
3.
On the Connections tab, click Connect Cloud Infrastructure to open the form.

On the Connect Cloud Infrastructure form, choose Cisco Process Orchestrator from the Choose Platform Element
area’s Platform Element Type drop-down list.

In the Cisco Cloud Portal area, specify the following connection information:
a.
Enter the Connection Name. This is the “friendly name” for the Cisco Process Orchestrator connection.
b.
Enter the Host Name. This is the host name or IP address for Cisco Process Orchestrator.
c.
Enter the Request Center Port. By default, this is 8080.
