This window appears only when CAD Configuration Setup is run for the first time 
during CAD services installation. 

If you want to restore data saved from a previous version of CAD, click Yes, and then 
enter the path to the backup folder. 

The tool used to back up data from CAD 6.0 and 7.0 is the CDBRTool.exe utility.
