To change VRU CTI server information:
1. On the VRU CTI Server tab, enter your changes in the appropriate field.
2. Click Apply to save your changes.
Devices
The Devices tab (see Figure 2-8) displays the monitored devices associated with 
the CallManager CTI and VRU CTI servers. The Device Editor dialog box enables 
you to add and edit devices to the list of monitored devices.
The types of devices that can be configured are:
NOTE:  
Every device that a call passes through must be configured on the 
Devices tab in order for the Enterprise Data window to display correct 
data. If there is a gap in the device path, no data will be displayed. For 
example, if a call is made to extension 8000 but is routed to extension 
8010 by the ACD, and extension 8010 is monitored but extension 8000 is 
not, no enterprise data will be displayed. 
Field
Description
Host A
The host name or IP address of the primary server.
Port A
The port number of the primary server.
Host B
The host name or IP address of the optional 
secondary server.
Port B
The port number of the secondary server.
Peripheral ID
The ID set on the server when installed.
Device
Description
ACD
Not applicable to IPCC.
Agent
The phone device assigned to an agent.
Route Point
All CTI ports used by the VRU (applications, ICM 
translation routing, ICM post routing, busy, and ring 
no answer). 
VRU
Not applicable to IPCC.
