Macro Hot Key

Specify the key you want to use to pause macro 
recording and display the Suspend Macro Recording 
dialog. The default is F2.

Allow Local 
Administration

Check to allow agents to make temporary changes to 
their user interfaces. Note that permanent changes 
must be made through Desktop Administrator.

Rules and Actions only 
apply to the first call 
appearance

Check to invoke rules processing only for the oldest 
(top) call appearance. If the box is not checked, rules 
processing is invoked for all calls.

Show Status Bar

Check to display the status bar.
