Introduction to Cisco
Desktop Administrator

Introduction

Desktop Administrator is a “container” program. This program allows you to
access various other applications used to administer Cisco Agent Desktop and
Cisco Supervisor Desktop from within one interface.

NOTE:

Desktop administrator does not support Agent Desktop and

Supervisor Desktop if the users of those applications are on a virtual
private network (VPN).

Desktop Administrator Versions

Desktop Administrator is available in two versions: Standard and Enhanced.

Enhanced Desktop Administrator includes all the functions described in
this manual.

■

Standard Desktop Administrator does not allow you to customize the
Agent Desktop interface or to automate work flows.
