Step 2

If this is a WebView Server, run setup.exe from the WebView 3rd Party Software
CD to install Enterprise Agent Server 4.1.1, JDK 1.3.1, Jaguar CTS 4.1.1, and
New Atlanta ServletExec ISAPI 4.1.1. Refer to the

If you attempt to upgrade prior to performing this step, you get a message
indicating which of the applications is missing and requires installation.

Note

If you get a ReadOnly File Detected dialog, click Do not display this message
again, then click Yes.

Step 3

Run ICM setup.exe from the ICM Installation CD.

Step 4

In the Question window the following message is displayed:

Setup is about to convert GeoTel registry to Cisco registry and rename icr
directory to icm directory. After the conversion, please perform upgrade to all on
the icm system. Do you want to continue?

Select Yes.

Step 5

Select Upgrade All. The Upgrade all ICM instances dialog appears.

Step 6

Press OK to upgrade all instance components of this system.

Step 7

If you have WebView, a dialog appears asking for the location of WebView Server.
Enter the DB Server machine name and click OK.

Note

If you get a ReadOnly File Detected dialog, click Do not display this message
again, then click Yes.

Step 8

Reboot as directed.

Note

The ICM processes should not be started until after the Central Controller Side A
has been upgraded.
