  Connect the AC adapter.

  Lift the LCD panel up.

  Press the Power button to turn the computer on.

  If the power is turned on, the Power Button LED is lit.

When you turn the computer on for the first time, the Windows 

activation screen appears.
Follow the activation procedures according to the instructions on 

the screen to use the computer.

The computer’s time and date may differ from the current 

time if you turn on the computer for the first time, or 

you have removed the battery, or the battery has been 

completely discharged. 
Set the time and date.
