Symptom Charts/Floppy Drive - 7

 

Drive attempts to 

eject disk, but doesn’t

1 Push disk completely in.

2 Eject disk manually by pushing opened paper clip into hole 

beside drive slot.

3 Remove top cover and try ejecting disk. If disk ejects, be 

sure top cover is replaced correctly and securely.

4 Replace floppy drive.
