Using the Preset Manager
The Preset Manager lets you manage the libraries
of brushes, swatches, gradients, and patterns that
come with Photoshop Elements. For example, you
can create a set of favorite brushes, or you can
restore the default presets. The configuration of
presets in the Preset Manager corresponds to
presets that appear in pop-up palettes and regular
palettes.
Each type of library has its own file extension and
default folder. Preset files are installed on your
computer inside the Presets folder in the
Photoshop Elements program folder.
To display the Preset Manager:
Choose Edit > Preset Manager.
To choose a library type:

Photoshop Elements program folder.

the bottom section of the pop-up menu.
To restore the default library or replace the currently
displayed libraries:

selected presets will be saved to the new library.
