Abbreviated Dialing
Note:
Before you can use this feature, AD buttons must first be assigned by your system manager. (These AD

Program (labeled Prog) - You can program a telephone number, extension, or feature access code on an AD

To program or reprogram an AD button

On a separate sheet of paper, write down the outside numbers, extensions, and/or feature access codes you want to
program.

Dial the outside number, extension, or feature access code you want to store (up to 24 digits).

1) You may be able to use the softkeys to add special functions such as Pause, Mark, or Wait into

2) If you are programming an outside number, be sure to include a leading 9 or 8, if applicable.
