Time savings: Scotch-Weld adhesive helped improve the manufacturing time in
this operation 10 to 1.

Increased productivity: Helped eliminate steps involved and mechanical
fasteners used. Customer formerly glued the end rail, pin nailed the rail,
puttied, sanded and put screws in for security. Today, they use Scotch-Weld
adhesive.

Improved quality: The customer has a higher quality end product because it is
made without holes that can cause structural weakness. This product is stronger
than the many mechanical fasteners that were used in the past. The image of
the product is enhanced at the customer level.

Ultraviolet light indicator: When viewed under most ultraviolet (UV) lighting,
adhesives EZ17005 and EZ17030 have a purple tint, making it easy to detect
residue in the bondline that should be removed prior to finishing.
