  Connect the power cord to the AC adapter, then connect the power cord plug 
to a wall outlet.

Setting up the remote control

  Remove the insulation sheet from the remote control.
Replacing the battery

  Open the battery tray.

  Replace with a new CR0 lithium battery, + side up, then reinsert the 
battery tray.
