A search is made for a route that detours specified streets.

A search is made for a route that takes you to multiple destinations, or via
points. You can specify up to five via points.

Press POP UP.

Select [Detour] by moving the joystick,
and press ENTER.

Select [Avoid Streets], and press
ENTER.

a The [Choose Streets to Avoid] menu

opens, showing a list of street names.

Select the streets you want to avoid.

a The names of streets to be avoided are

shown in gray. Only the remaining streets
are included in the route search.

Confirm that all streets you want to
avoid are displayed in gray, and then
select [End] and press ENTER.

Press POP UP.

Select [Detour] by moving the joystick,
and press ENTER.

Select [Via Point], and press ENTER.

a The [Select Via Point] menu opens. Enter

a via point by the same procedure as
described for destination input (pages 22
to 37), and start route search.
