You can program a 4-digit password for both the handset and base unit individually. Factory preset for

You need to enter the password when using the
functions, such as “Setting the pause timing”
(p. 29), “Setting the earth/time break recall
mode” (p. 31), “Setting the call restriction”
(p. 36), “Clearing the settings of the base unit
memory” (p. 39), “Registering a handset in the
base unit” (p. 41), “Cancelling a handset” (p. 43)
and “Setting the bell selection” (p. 44).
